U10 Diamonds Academy Team is the vice-champions of voivodeship finals of XVII Tymbark Cup!
Voivodeship finals of Mazowieckie took place on 7th of April in Miętne.
The tourney was a real football fiesta, during which the greatest talents of whole our region challenged each other on the football arena.
In U10 age category 10 teams came to fight for the gold. They were divided into 3 groups.
Diamonds Academyhad Ząbkovią and Varsovią II in their group.
Girls managed to advance to semi-final in which they challenged WIktoria Gielniów.
Our players were reborn and they beat their opponent- 3:1.
In the great final our players played aiganist Varsovia. After the first half there was a goalless draw. Unfortunately, after the whistle Varsovia scored a goal from free kick. Diamonds did not have enough strength to make up their loss (we had only one substitute).
Finally our team occupied 2nd place. ..Hungry for the game and for the win they are even more motivated to harder work during practice.
