On Saturday (5th of March 2016) two Diamonds Academy teams took part in VII th edition of football tournament for girls organized in Ząbki.
The first to compete was the Diamonds Team (age group: 2003 and younger). Our team had really strong group with diffcults opponents such as Ząbkovia I, Włókniarz Białystok and Victoria Glelniów. Two draws, one loose and one win gave our players 7th place in the tournament. Our team presented really high skills next to other well playing teams. We are really glad that we had two draws with the teams that played in a final. The Cup wnet to Ząbkovia team that won in a final with Białystok.
Marysia Warowny was chosen the best player of our team.
The tournament was a priceless experience for our players. It gave us all the motivation to further trainings.
After the competition of older girls our younger team took the floor. Girls took part in 2007 age group. The tournament gave our players a lot of good fun and joy. This was the first official tournament of 2007 group. Every player got a gold medal. As the Organizer said “It will be time for the results. Now you have to all enjoy the game. Each player deserves a gold medal”.
